Publication Policy

• The IIS University Journal of Commerce & Management (JCM) encourages original research focusing on theoretical, applied & interdisciplinary work in the field of Commerce & Management. The journal invites Research Paper/Articles, Review Articles, General Articles, Comments/Research Notes, Case Studies and Book Reviews.

• The manuscript must be submitted online in the prescribed format by mailing to the Editors at jcm@iisuniv.ac.in. Manuscript that does not adhere to the prescribed format will not be accepted for publication.

• All submissions are first checked for plagiarism before sending further for double blind peer review. At the first stage, submitted work is reviewed by internal editors and if deemed worthy of publishing, is sent further to external reviewers. The identity of the author/s is/are not disclosed at any stage of the review process.

• After a manuscript has been accepted, PDF proofs are made available to the authors in due course. It is the author’s responsibility to ensure that there are no errors in the proof. The author/s will be responsible for the contents of the published work.

• We ensure that the peer review of the manuscripts is fair, unbiased and timely. Also the material submitted to the journal remains confidential while under review.

• Authors are required to submit a copyright form, duly filled in, along with the manuscript. The author/s will transfer the copyright to the IIS University Journal of Commerce & Management.

• All articles published are open-access articles which can be downloaded from the journal’s website.

• No publication/processing fee is charged from the contributors. Once published, a complimentary copy of the journal is provided to the contributor.
